Balyasny's Canadian presence is a single Toronto office at 81 Bay Street, run through Balyasny Asset Management (Canada) ULC. It was announced in 2023 as a hub for the firm's technology and data teams. At the time, Balyasny said it had hired University of Waterloo co-op students since 2019 and was recruiting co-ops for the Toronto launch.
