Reasons that work in interviews
3 reasons for Dream
The useful distinction to draw is whether the firm develops, operates, or only invests. Saying which of the three you want, and why, separates you immediately from candidates who say they like real estate because it is tangible.
Publicly listed with several REITs and an asset management business, so the strategy and results are disclosed and worth reading first.
Large-scale urban development including purpose-built community projects, which is development rather than acquisition.
Founder-led with a visible public point of view on housing and cities, which gives you something specific to engage with.
Coming soon
We’re collecting the real technical and behavioural questions candidates were asked at Dream, by role and office, and how each round runs.
When they’re in, they’ll be part of BSO Pro, which already has candidate reports for dozens of firms.
Interviewing there sooner than that? Get in touch and we’ll help you prepare.
Each row is a start season; the bars are when you apply. The track starts this month, so how far right a bar sits is how far off it is.
