RSM Canada was established in 2017 and has grown from one Toronto office to more than 900 professionals in six Canadian offices, with nearly 550 of them in its new Toronto office at 66 Wellington St. W. (opened September 2026). RSM Canada LLP is the Canadian member firm of RSM International. Its consulting services, including transaction advisory and deal services, are provided by RSM Canada Consulting LP, an affiliate of RSM US LLP. For students, the deal-related work is mainly buy-side due diligence, divestitures and carve-outs, and IPO readiness for middle-market companies and private equity clients, not sell-side M&A execution. RSM Canada does not publish a separate Canadian deal team or Canadian deal list.
