Responsibilities
- Support live brokerage mandates, including debt placement, equity advisory and property sales.
- Underwrite investment-real-estate transactions and support client decision-making.
- Prepare proposals and offering memorandums using market research and analysis.
- Conduct property-level due diligence and review appraisals, building-condition and environmental reports, leases and other legal documents.
- Build financial models in Excel and Argus and perform property valuations across major asset classes.
- Work with senior brokers and bankers on origination, execution and closing activities.

Qualifications
- Undergraduate or graduate degree in finance, accounting, real estate or a related field.
- One to three years of relevant commercial-real-estate experience; brokerage, advisory or capital-markets experience is preferred.
- Exposure to debt placement, equity advisory or investment-property sales is strongly preferred.
- Strong financial analysis and modelling skills, including Excel and Argus, and knowledge of real-estate capital markets and debt structures.
- English and French are required because the role regularly serves clients who speak a language other than French.
